Barn Barber & Boutique provides dog grooming services and pet apparel and accessories. By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Appointments are required for all grooming services.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, although we understand that life happens!

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

By booking grooming services, you confirm that your dog:

• Is free from contagious illness, parasites, or infectious conditions
• Can safely participate in grooming services

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities, behavioral concerns, or history of aggression prior to the appointment.

Barn Barber & Boutique reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a dog displays behavior that may pose a safety risk to the pet or staff.

While we take every precaution to provide a safe and low-stress grooming experience, grooming may expose underlying skin conditions, matting-related irritation, or pre-existing health concerns.

Barn Barber & Boutique is not responsible for reactions related to pre-existing medical conditions, matting removal, allergies, or sensitivities.

In the event of a medical emergency, we may seek veterinary care for your pet at the owner’s expense.

Many of our products are handmade using carefully sourced upcycled and repurposed materials. Due to the nature of these materials, each item is unique and may contain slight variations, imperfections, or differences in pattern placement.

These characteristics are considered part of the individuality and charm of the product and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchasing.

We are always happy to assist with sizing questions; however, fit may vary based on breed, body shape, coat length, and individual dog proportions.

Barn Barber & Boutique is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Pets should always be supervised while wearing apparel or accessories.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fit and safe use of all products. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or damage occurs.

Barn Barber & Boutique is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from misuse or unsupervised use of products.

Processing times may vary, especially for customized items. Estimated processing times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.
