Return policy

We are sorry to hear that the product did not work out for you and your furry friend!

If the size is not a good fit, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the correct size. If you’re looking for a similar coat/bandana in a different size, feel free to reach out—we may be able to create something very similar for you.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days for a refund. 
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the original tag attached.
• Customized items cannot be returned.
• Initial cost of shipping will be deducted from refund price.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us by email (woofwoof@barnbarberboutique.com) or phone (419 957 0268) to notify us of the return. Please ship the product to the return address below.

Once we receive your item, please allow 1–3 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
